I needed this piece for a very specific, specialized setup on my camera rig. Berkey System seems to be the only company that makes this. They didn't have them in stock, but I sent an email and later talked to someone on the phone. The customer service was exceptional, I felt like I was the only customer that mattered. Long story short, I was fortunate enough to get a hold of this piece and it completely exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and usability. I will be buying more gear from Berkey System.
