Center Plate For PXW-FS7 Top Mount Accessory Plate

If you already have our top plate for the Sony FS7 and wish to add even more mounting options, simply add this center plate in place of the factory handle. This insert plate is very easy to install, simply remove the four screw holding the Sony factory handle in place, lift off the handle, lay our top plate along with the insert plate on top of the camera and fasten the plates to the top of your camera using the longer screws that we provide. Now you have all kinds mounting options you need for custom handles like our NATO rail based quick release VersaHandle, monitors, EVF's, wireless accessories and more. There are plenty of 1/4-20, 3/8-16 and 10-32 tapped mounting holes along the perimeter of our plate and in the center of the plate. The use of our plates will not interfere with the addition of the Sony XDCA-FS7 Extension unit.
